They have full capacity for data processing and the prices are high for using these types of services.

Companies like Hewlett Packard, Dell or IBM manage the server infrastructure for most of these hosting companies.
A SOHO business owner will usually need the services of an ISP for web hosting. It is a middle ground between basic and advanced services.
